However, to provide you with a clearer understanding of expected costs, we invite you to download a sample plan. The initial setup cost for this plan was $1,750. If you desired to reuse this plan in the future with the same foundation type, we charge a nominal $350 fee to update the title block, incorporate any options, and adjust the handing of the plan.

Projected Pricing Based on Sample:

• Under 2,200 SF: $1,750
• 2,200 SF - 2,800 SF: $2,750
• 2,800 SF - 4,000 SF: $4,250
