Due to the unique needs of each builder and variations in municipal requirements, we do not offer standard pricing for our drafting and Permit Plan Services. However, to provide you with a clearer understanding of expected costs, we invite you to download a sample plan. This plan was created for a custom builder for use in Raleigh, NC.

We understand that Builders often re-use floorplans with minor changes from iteration to iteration. To allow rapid repeatability we charge a set up fee to establish the plan with a re-use fee for each subsequent build. The initial setup cost for this plan was $2,750. 

All Re-use fees are $500 and include updating the title block, incorporating any options, adjusting the handing of the plan and up to 2 hours of any revisions. Any hours past the included 2 will be billed at $75/ HR.

• 2,200 SF - 2,800 SF: $2,250
• 2,800 SF - 4,000 SF: $2,750
